Access to the portal is available to authorized Green Tree clients. Access the request form from the portal website to request access.

You will be contacted with a user-id and password once your request has been approved. You can expect a response within 5 business days of your request.

User-ids and passwords will be created for you.

Access to data is controlled on the basis of portfolio.

You will be able to access information for all open loans as well as loans closed within the past 90 days for portfolios that reside within your ownership group.

This capability will be available in a future release phase.

Yes. Most portal data is accessible in "real-time" and is reflective of what is tracked in Green Tree's operational platforms.

Green Tree's Partner Portal


The goal of the Green Tree portal is to provide a central location from which authorized users can gain access to a broad range of data and information services. 

From the portal you may:

  • Perform Account Level Surveillance. Gain insight into Green Tree's servicing activity for accounts serviced within your portfolio. Specify individual accounts or use the search wizard to locate accounts of interest based upon over a dozen industry standard criteria. Save your search criteria and/or results to build user specific surveillance queues.

  • Review Portfolio Analytics (coming soon). Analyze portfolio stratifications and servicing performance.

  • Receive Data Downloads. Download your servicing portfolio to perform in-house analytics. Standard or custom formats available.
